Depends on area obviously and job,
But as a figure I'd say between 45-55k is decent, north east area especially.0 -

Dunno mind. Band 6 is £42k which you'd still be front line patient care just a more specialist role. Add in unsociable hours & you'd be not far off £50k0 -
