    Based on the many reports of issues experienced by those left in the lurch during Covid, Love Holidays (and similar OTAs like On The Beach and Lastminute) would be well down my list of agents to use, so for an OP who's looking for "most reliable/safest/cheapest" provider then they have a decision to make about whether to prioritise 'most reliable/safest' or 'cheapest'....
