Moneysupermarket offer service offer

I took out car insurance a couple of weeks ago using the moneysupermarket link. It had the offer of car servicing voucher. Just wondered how long it takes on average. It says should be within 7 days but could take up to 45 days. My MOT and service is due in couple of weeks so want to know if it's worth waiting another week. Has anyone else had their voucher yet. What options do you have. Thanks
