New Year

Since my children have grown up I find Christmas and New Year very flat and would like to go away somewhere for New Year.  We love theme parks and my husband suggested staying in Efteling (Holland), but due to Covid we can't go to Holland (you have to be double vaccinated and not all my family can be vaccinated).  It is likely that my 3 sons would want to come with us.

I've looked at Alton Towers and Disneyland Paris, but not sure if they are suitable - my sons are 24. 20 and 16.  Can you suggest somewhere we could go?  I was also wondering about Centre Parcs.

A friend of mine went to Copenhagen last year and loved it. I can't remember where they stayed but Tivoli Gardens was a highlight. I think they'll have events on at Christmas and New Year - they like their light shows. Denmark has no restrictions on Covid as far as I can see.

I don't think Alton Towers would be open - like many theme parks, I think it closes for the winter (usually from around the end of November to March)
