Hi, I recently engaged the services of a loft insulation specialist to check my insulation and fit window vents due to a mold problem in my home. I paid half upfront with the view to pay the rest on completion. One guy arrived with no more than a phone torch to work in the loft and the proceeded to only fit two out of six vents successfully, a third he damaged the window surround, a forth he only half fitted, a fith he completely wrecked the window and the sixth he didn’t touch at all.
I have lost faith in this company despite their offer to come back and correct the problems.
Am I within my rights to refuse the company any further access and withhold any further payment?

many thanks for your advice.

You need to give them one opportunity to put it right.

Put in writing exactly what is wrong with pictures (email) and state what needs to happen.

If he messes up again then you can negotiate.
Should've = Should HAVE (not 'of')
Would've = Would HAVE (not 'of')

No, I am not perfect, but yes I do judge people on their use of basic English language. If you didn't know the above, then learn it! (If English is your second language, then you are forgiven!)
