How to get money back from return that company is not responding to?

Hi I'm wondering if someone can advise me.
I bough items online from a UK store. I've not heard of them before but search the government website before purchasing the clothes and they came across as a legitimate company. They confirmed the order, I received it soon after but returned it as it did not fit. On the website it says a return can take around 2 weeks. The return was done using their supplied return postage which was tracked and it says delivered. It is now over 3 weeks and I have not received any confirmation of any return being processed. I tried to call the company but get an automated answer saying they have phone line outage and that I have to use the online form. This I tried 3 times. They say on the website it will take 2 working days for a response but after a week I still have no response. I don't know what to do to get my money back from this company as they now have the items and my money and no way of contacting them. I went to trustpilot and wished I looked here before purchasing as there are many comments in the post month of people sitting with the same problem. Please can you advise how to proceed to help all of us getting our money back.

In fairness I've bought a lot of stuff from this site over the years & whilst refunds can be a little slow, they are always made.0
