Storage heaters

I'm thinking of buying a 2 year old flat that has Dimplex Q-Rad panel heaters in every room and presumably a hot water tank with an immersion heater.
Would it be possible to replace 2 or 3 of the heaters with Dimplex Quantum storage heaters, and have an Economy 7 meter installed so the water could be heated overnight?
Are Economy 7 tariffs still available and worth it?

Better to ask in the Energy section of the forums. Lots of good advice there.Barnsley, South Yorkshire

It’s possible that the hot water is on a timed Economy 7 circuit. When I rented a property that was the set up with Dimplex electric radiators.
I doubt the wiring or timed Economy 7 circuit would be in place for conventional storage heaters.
Modern HHR ones though can operate on a 24hr circuit providing that the off peak supply is for the whole property.
Economy 7 tariffs are still available and most all electric properties have it installed.
