Cannon printer - fault Green light Orange light

My Cannon MG3650S.
I think it has a 1/4 piece of paper stuck in it.
It flashes between Green start light and Orange triangle fault light.
Looked in there, but can't see the stuck paper, maybe it came out.
Anyone know how I can fix this?
I've tried everything I know.

However if its more than two flashes its probably terminal.

It flashes once on Orange then once on green and repeats this over and over again

I cannot find any paper in it the cartridges are fine

Any clues on how to fix this?

Please look again at the website I've already posted.

If it is flashing green, orange, green orange, pause, green, orange, green, orange, pause and then repeats that, then that is support code 5100.  Which suggests cartridges.

If its doing anything else the other flash codes suggest the problem is more terminal.

Otherwise get some card and feed it through the feeding mechanism manually, and any paper should come out, otherwise you'll come up against something.  In which case apply the etch-a-sketch fix - turn it upside down and shake it.

The printer will not copy, open the cartridge area or anything - its just dead.

It seems to have died completely

Never had a problem like this with a printer.
I'll call Cannon Tuesday, but they are so cheap to buy, I guess I'll just get a new one, even though this is only 2 ys old.
