KidsPass - still legitimate/ running company? Anyone used recently?

Hi
We just signed up to KidsPass online, paying on credit card. They said they sent a text message to "activate the account " but no text message ever received. They have a number to call for activation issues but this just has a recorded announcement saying to contact them via email or Facebook. Just wondering whether this is still a legitimate running company - has anyone successfully used them recently? The deal we signed up to is £1 for a trial month.
We were looking for discounts for Twycross Zoo and other similar kids days out.
