Maybe try some sort of mild abrasive such as toothpaste, t-cut or cif type cleaning paste?2

As @chrisw mentioned, try something like Cif - it certainly worked well in this recent thread - https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/6362037/restore-upvc-frames/p12

Your post reminded me that there are some scuff marks on our front door, caused by the dog's lead rubbing against the door in his excitement to leave the house for a walk! I've just removed them with a healthy dose of Cif, administered with a non-stick pan scrubber. Looks as good as new!#2 Saving for Christmas 2024 - £1 a day challenge. £325 of £3660

This was my thread, I can whole-heartedly support cif and a Microfibre cloth!redped said:As @chrisw mentioned, try something like Cif - it certainly worked well in this recent thread - https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/6362037/restore-upvc-frames/p11 -

WD40 if you've got some. Try to let it soak for a minute then use a coarse cloth.

We tried a new bottle of cif and it didn't do much but then I tried an old one we bought many years ago and that worked. New one is a white cream, old one is a yellow thicker cream and seems to have more abrasive in it.

CIF or solvent cleaner will sort that no problem1
