What can I do next?

Last Wednesday I can home to find that Avonline Networks had cut through the pavement to install fibre optic broadband cable to five of my neighbours properties. No problem as fast broadband is good.
If this had just been noise I would have let it go, even though my better half was trying to do online classes throughout the noise just outside.
The point is that the carpark that they have entered is private property owned by the neighbours and myself in varied chunks and we are all responsible for the upkeep.
The problem is that they did not ask for any permission to bring in diggers, and although the path has been swept clean, the carpark surface has been badly scratched, left dirty with rocks, sand and dripped oil. They have also knocked down a small retaining fence at the side of my house.
I have sent two emails to Avonline and tried phoning but they have not answered or responded.
Am I making too much of this given that we could sweep up the carpark in an hour and the fence would cost around £50 to repair?
What should I do next?

If it's your fence and you have evidence who damaged it then pursue the person/company responsible.
If that photo is the damage to the car park then why are you stressing over it?0 -
If you can still see some of the crews doing this work in your area they should have courtesy boards out giving contact details of who to contact to deal with issues like you have mentioned.
If there is no courtesy boards out contact the local authorities road officer and get details from them.
The marks on surface will soon weather in.0 -
I think you've been given a great incentive to replace an old and somewhat rotten fence. You could usefully spend longer than an hour weeding, pruning and revitalising the planting too. Just think how great that little corner could look!2

Get rid of the old rotten fencing, it's not really needed. Tidy up the planted area that buddleia needs taking down to a foot high and will be back up in no time with much improved flowers.Barnsley, South Yorkshire
