Terms and Conditions

1. The Promoter is Our Media Limited (an Immediate Group Company), company number 05715415.
2. Entrants must be UK residents (including the Channel Islands) aged 18 years or older, excluding employees or contractors of the Promoter or anyone connected with the promotion or their direct family members.
3. Closing date for entries is 4th July 2022 at 11.59pm.
4. By entering, you agree to be bound by all the rules of the promotion.
5. Entrants must supply Our Media Limited with their name and email address. Our Media Limited (an Immediate Group Company, publisher of Homes & Antiques) will hold your data in accordance with its privacy policy. For details, please see this policy at policies.immediate.co.uk/privacy/
6. Only one entry will be permitted per person, regardless of method of entry. Bulk entries made by third parties will not be permitted.
7. One winning entry will be chosen at random from all the correct entries after the closing date.
8. The draw is final and no correspondence relating to the promotion will be entered into.
9. The Promoter may share the details of the winner with the prize provider for the purposes of fulfilling/delivering the prize.
10. The winner will be notified of their win within 28 days of the closing date by email.
11. The winner must claim their prize within 28 days of notification. In the event that a winner does not claim their prize within 28 days, another winner will be drawn at random.
12. The prize is non-refundable, non-transferable and not for resale and cannot be modified. The prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers, promotions or discounts. There is no cash alternative. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize of the same or greater value.
13. The Promoter reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions or to cancel, alter or amend the promotion at any stage, if deemed necessary in its opinion, or if circumstances arise outside of its control.
14. The Promoter does not accept responsibility for lost, delayed, ineligible or fraudulent entries.
15. The Promoter excludes liability to the full extent permitted by law for any loss, damage or injury occurring to the participant arising from their entry into the promotion or occurring to a winner arising from their acceptance of a prize.
16. There is one prize in total.
17. The prize is four nights at M.Ou.Co. in a Porto Sentido luxury duplex room for the winner and their guest only. The prize must be taken by 4th August 2023.
18. The prize is subject to booking availability at the hotel and excludes the Christmas and New Year period. The tuk tuk tour, river cruise and cellar tour will be organised by the hotel but provided by local businesses. These will comprise one private 50-minute tuk tuk tour of Porto for two guests, one 50-minute cruise along the Douro river with other members of the public and one 60-minute Port wine lodge visit in Vila Nova de Gaia with a Port wine tasting with other members of the public.
19. Flights and transfers are not included. The prize does not include any food, drink or additional personal expenses other than as described.
20. Covid restrictions may vary and it is the responsibility of the winner and their guest to ensure they meet these to enter Portugal at the time of their visit.
21. The promotion is subject to the laws of England.

The stay includes welcome drinks in the bar, daily breakfast, one lunch with a bottle of wine, one dinner with a bottle of wine, a tuk tuk tour of central Porto, a 6 Bridges River Douro Cruise and a visit to a Port wine cellar and tasting for two guests. The winner will also have use of an Android phone with internet data for use during their stay to explore the city.
