With the summer recess ending and back to business in the house, if Boris is lucky, it will all about him
Whatever happens, the next agenda must be why both ATA's have held the motorist in contempt for many years and why they promoted the scam and lost control
All parking companies must get used to the idea that with the new code practice and the banning of fakes
Debt collectors involved must look for a new market place and given their low life attitude it could be little old ladies
No doubt debt collectors will still try it on with their rubbish. The two famous rogues operate under the umbrella of the BPA WHO ARE THE KEY.
THE KEY MUST BE TAKEN AWAY BY GOVERNMENT

What % of the 8.4 million tickets issued was for truly abusing 'landowner rights', like fly parking without payment for hours on end, leaving the vehicle while catching a train to go to work for the day?
Do you truly believe that a few minutes overstay is really abusing landowner rights?
And what about targeting cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy treatment because of all patients, they are the ones likely to be delayed leaving the hospital - still 'protecting landowner rights'?
Where is the concern for landowner rights when PPCs routinely ticket, refuse appeals, sue in their own name, those occupants of their own freehold property (ie, the very landowners purported to be 'protected')?
I'm afraid 'protecting landowner rights' has become a veneer in a pretty thin attempt to make this all sound reasonable. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. How will landowners rights be improved if the government allows fake add on debt collection charges that have been made up by the parking industry, and not actually incurred by the PPC?I married my cousin. Let’s see if there’s anything after summer recess.Parking companies have zero interest in landowners rights .If they did then we wouldnt see such things as own space incidents where some scumbag parking company tries to scam the landowner for using their own land that is not protecting landowner rights its the exact opposite.Same again with ANPR systems that are not fit for purpose if the parking industry was fit for purpose then we would see no ANPR issues at all double dips would no happen as there would be boots on the ground to check that the automated data was/is correct , and so called miss key errors would be impossible as they system should not allow for incorrect reg plates to be entered.Overstay for a ridiculous fee would also be eliminated with pay on exit and barrier control where an operator would sit in a cabin to monitor things on site, and any overstay fee would be a reasonable amount for parking and not the punitive £100The parking industry is greedy and is run and staffed by greedy scumFrom the Plain Language Commission:
