I had my diesel Mokka since 2017, won’t be “claiming “ anything as like everyone who bought one it was due to cheap tax and high mpg…1 -
And these BS court cases will go on for years and years before (if) you get any sort of payout if you win.
I'm currently caught up in an equal pay claim with an ex employer which I wish I never got roped into signing up for. It started in 2018 or even 2017 and it's still expected to go on until 2024 at least. I've even been left the said employer for over 3 years now.0
