I am contesting a PCN at Heathrow.
I have used a template I found.
I have put my name as the registered keeper although I'm not....I am disputing this on behalf of someone else who is the registered keeper.
My dad is the registered keeper but I put my name. I haven't put who was driving the car as I don't need to disclose that.
