British Gas Usage Data gone missing again!

Thanks to intervention from Martin British Gas restored the usage data on website and app (with a gap in February) but since 24 May it seems to have gone missing again. Has anyone else noticed this?

I have not had any data for months now, but BG keep telling me they are getting the readings to be able to bill.  Just to cap it off I'm NOT allowed a smartmeter monitor (because I got one from Scottish Power many years ago that has broken)!  I'm even prepared to pay for one, but BG cant supply them?!?!?!?!  I was told to look on eBay!!!  REALLY?!
I have found a fix though temporarily.  If you log into the BG wesite (it only works from there not the app.) and go to energy usage, it gives your latest smartmeter readings!!!  With a bit of working out on a spreadsheet I can see what I have used since my last bill which is actually quite handy.  If I took daily readings, it would be smack up to date at any given time, but life is too short.  p.s. Electricity calcs are a doddle.  Gas on the other hand is somewhat more interesting to work out converting cubic metres to kWh!
