I've been with them for years, and it used to be excellent, but it's really gone downhill recently. I've emailed them three times over the last couple of months, for two separate issues, and not once have they replied.

I expect this is down to being overwhelmed with enquiries as people pay more attention to energy prices, sadly.1

Took them 11 weeks to process single fuel switch in request,ChaunceyGardiner said:I've been with them for years, and it used to be excellent, but it's really gone downhill recently. 9 weeks after Twitter reply to me chasing up "I'm sorry this is still going on but we have a large backlog we're still trying to work through. Thank you for your continued patience and we'll sort this out as soon as we can"
They did not contact me to ask if I still wanted to switch, no welcome pack was received, only discovered switch had been processed nearly 2 weeks after they say they processed switch registration due to me posting on Twitter again.
They do respond quickly via Twitter as helpfully as they can, I now have a re-started 14 day cooling off period which expires after switch is due to complete and switch reward is due to have been added.1 -
So seems to be all over the place at the moment. Just got my latest bill, they've not taken a smart meter reading during May so it's estimated, and they've not taken the direct debit either.0
