Credit building 18 months or 24?

Hi folks.
So I'm currently coming to the end of my 18 months with Barclaycard forward and Capital one builder credit cards, I've used both at a utilization of 40-60% and never missed a payment, always paid in full.
I would like to upgrade the Barclaycard to a platinum 0% and cancel the capital one and open an Amex everyday cashback.
Should I wait until it's been 24 months or is 18 months a fair time to be seriously considered?
Thanks

There's no need to wait any longer. Try an application. But keep the Cap One card.0

I'm guessing it looks better to have multiple lines of credit open?Deleted_User said:But keep the Cap One card.

Yes, especially when you're trying to establish a credit history.1
