Jet 2 customer services

Anyone else having problems with contacting jet 2, the jet 2 forum is full of people complaining.i contacted them and after waiting over an hour was told to wait on hold about my query then cut off. The place I'm going to kamari apts acharivi )in Corfu isn't taking any bookings on any other website and hasnt had a review from anyone since last year I am wondering if it still exists and is even open. Cant contact them either personally?

Historically all my dealing with Jet2 were very good, including shifting flights and cancelled holiday during Covid. If they are difficult to contact I can only assume they are experiencing staffing problems like many other organisations at present. I always found using their e-mail system to be very effective. I actually received responses time stamped in the middle of the night. Have you tried that yet?

I agree with TELLIT01 - they have staff issues - try calling the minute the lines open or on a Sunday
If the Apartments arent open then they will let you cancel for free or offer an alternative and usually its same as or better
They are a great company so don't panic0 -

What I dont understand is they have taken all my details off me Name, emailaddress, phone no ref no of holiday etc and then when it cuts off they dont even bother to try and contact you by these methods to say if there is a problem or not with the accomodation., that's not the sign of good customer services.MATTR5 said:I agree with TELLIT01 - they have staff issues - try calling the minute the lines open or on a Sunday

Every Tour Operator is the same at the moment
Thats partly the advantage of booking through a Travel Agent - we currently spend most of the day holding for Tour Ops so our Customers don't have to0 -
Whilst no one seems to have posted a review for a May stay yet, the Kamari Apartments do seem to be offered and bookable on the Jet2 Holidays website. Perhaps they are only working with Jet2 hence why they are not available on other websites.
As other have said, Jet2 are likely busy and priority given in departure date order. Are you travelling shortly? Is your only concern that the apartments are not sold by other companies and no reviews from May arrivals?1 -
I spoke to a jet 2 rep who put me on hold to go and check if there was any problems with another member of staff then i was cut off. She had all my details why not a simple email to me saying all is well or not.MATTR5 said:

Travelling there in 2 weeks. When i booked it about 2 months ago, every recognised tour operater booking.com expedia etc were taking bookings for it, we checked just to get an idea of the prices everyone else was taking. Now its only available on jet 2 website ( very strange) It had regular reviews up until dec 2021, now there are none for this year, beginning to wonder if they have opened at all for this season. It all maybe ok im not panicking as yet but a bit dubious that everything is ok ? Yeah if you got cut off they could have done that
TBH We get cut off on purpose a lot - mainly by TUI tho - you just realise they don't know the answer and its easier to can the call
I'd def truly and call Jet2holidays again - if you call at 830 (that's when agent line opens - public mihjt ne 9 but even if it says that try 830) you should get through
Another trick is to look on Manage my Booking and see if it is still showing you at that accom
Sometimes if they change the accom that's the first place it shows
They are still selling it for june dates so as Westin said I'm inclined to think they have taken all the rooms for them

It has a FB group which suggests people have travelled there this week
