Probably not, given you’re trying to claim 33 years on.helpful tips
it's spelt d-e-f-i-n-i-t-e-l-y
there - 'in or at that place'
their - 'owned by them'
they're - 'they are'
it's bought not brought (i just bought my chicken a suit from that new shop for £6.34)0 -
not sure I understand what you are after.
if your husband has a policy taken out years ago and it's still running and he has now died then I would guess you could make a claim. if you are trying to claim something due to reduced life expectancy I don't think a life insurance is going to pay anything. can we can we claim a life insurance policy from 1989.No. You are way out of time.
You have to complain with 6 years of the event or three years from being reasonably aware of an issueMy husband had a motorcycle accident and the insurance would not pay out as they stated that they needed to know how many heart cells had die while the surgeon was trying to save his life. He is still alive and well please can anyone adviseLife assurance pays out on death. As he is still alive, the life assurance policy would not pay out.
So, its difficult to see why you would want to complain over 30 years later. Maybe you can clarify what you mean and why?
