Relocating Kitchen / Removing Artex / Converting Garage? Advice and Experiences appreciated!

Hi!
We're considering putting an offer in on a 3 bed bungalow to requires an overhaul but want to know if anyone has had any experience of relocating a kitchen to the centre of a property?
Ideally we want to convert the garage and current kitchen into a master bedroom suite with en suite to group the bedrooms together and then convert the current living room that contains what looks like a gas fire into a kitchen/diner that leads out into the back garden (The house currently has a dining room the same size as the current living area so that will become the new living area.)
Advice on if its possible and a roundabout figure to do would be appreicated?

Absolutely possible, don't expect it to be cheap though - that's major work and running the utilities and drainage will be big factors.

If you post a floor plan or link to the property, there are several regular posters who are very knowledgeable in this and will be more than happy to advise.

As a new user you might not be able to post it immediately, but can just bindery some spaces in the link

You already have water and drainage for en suite if sited in old kitchen and gas supply for hob in living room from fire. Most things are possible with bungalows but floor plan would certainly elicit more answers.

Been there done that, loads of disruption and darned expensive but oh so worth it to have a kitchen / utility room where my sad and unused double garage once stood.
