Who can enter:

Prize Draw open to UK, Channel Islands and Isle of Man residents aged 18 years or over only, excluding employees of the Promoter and STV Group PLC, their immediate families, and anyone else professionally connected with the Prize Draw.

Opening/closing date & time:

· Prize Draw in relation to the Good Morning Britain and Lorraine programmes (the “Programme”) opens for entries via PRTS, SMS, post, and online via the www.itv.com/win or www.stv.tv/win websites (“Website”) on Friday 27 May 2022.

· Prize Draw closes for entries via PRTS, SMS and online at 2.00pm on Friday 17 June 2022.

· Prize Draw closes for entries via post at 4.00pm on Thursday 23 June 2022.

Winner selection & contact:

· The draw will take place within one (1) week of the closing date and time for all entries.

· Subject to eligibility and compliance with all applicable terms and conditions, the first entry drawn at random from all eligible entries will win the prize.

By entering online, you will also receive one (1) ticket to participate in the “Winsday” Prize Draw for every one (1) paid entry.

Each Winsday Prize Draw opens at 1.00 a.m each Wednesday and closes at 12:59 a.m the following Wednesday. Prize:

There is one (1) prize of £40,000, a car and a CV Villas holiday voucher.

(i) £40,000 cash

This element of the prize consists of £40,000 (forty thousand pounds) made payable by BACS in the name of the entrant only.

(ii) A car

This element of the prize consists of a fully electric Fiat 500e La Prima Convertible car in Ocean Green metallic paint including automatic transmission, first registration fee, road tax for the first year and number plates (“Car”). The Car also includes a home charging Easy Wallbox however please note that the winner will be responsible for the costs of the fitting of the Easy Wallbox.

The prize provider of the Car will use reasonable efforts to deliver the Car to the winner’s home address within three (3) months of receipt of all correct and valid documentation from the winner however please note that delivery of the Car may be subject to delay due to the ongoing Covid-19 situation. Such documentation includes without limitation a valid insurance cover note to register the Car, a current driver’s licence and a current and valid photo ID such as a UK passport. The winner is responsible for insuring the Car and all other costs associated with taking up the prize.

The winner may choose to register the Car in another person’s name subject to receipt of correct and valid documentation for that person.

Please note that the Car will include mileage for promotional purposes.

(iii) A CV Villas voucher

This element of the prize consists of an e-voucher to spend on a single holiday up to a value of £10,000 (ten thousand pounds) (“Chosen Holiday”). The winner may redeem the voucher against all services offered at www.cvvillas.com including but not limited to accommodation, flights, transfers for a single holiday. Additional services such as cook services may also be included however restrictions apply with in-resort bookings.

The winner may choose any number of companion(s) for the Chosen Holiday but must be the lead traveler on the Chosen Holiday.

Subject to availability, the winner may select their destination and trip duration through a personal CV Villas specialist. If the winner’s Chosen Holiday exceeds £10,000 (“Maximum Spend”), the winner must pay any costs above the Maximum Spend. If the Chosen Holiday cost under the Maximum Spend, no cash exchange will be offered and the remaining amount will be forfeited.

The winner may need a current and valid credit and/or debit card with sufficient available funds in order to check in at the winner’s chosen hotel for security deposit purposes.

The Chosen Holiday must be booked and taken up within fourteen (14) days from the date the winner receives the voucher. There are no blackout dates however date restrictions may apply subject to the winner’s Chosen Holiday.

Where the winner’s companion(s) are aged under 18 years old, the companion(s) must have prior parental or guardian permission to accompany the winner when taking up the prize.

There is no cash alternative and the prize is non-transferable.

The winner and their companion(s) are responsible for any visas, travel documents (including

passports) and travel insurance required to take-up the Chosen Holiday. It is also the responsibility of the winner and their companion(s) (as applicable) to adhere to any applicable health and safety guidelines.

The Prize excludes spending money.
