I have read the 12 points on the template defence thread and Im ready for the questionnaire.
I didn't realise I have to send the defence to the solicitor as well as the Questionnaire though is that right?
Im also not sure what you mean by the first letters.0 -
You don't have to send the defence to the claimant's solicitor, but we advise posters to do so as a precaution. We have seen cases where the PPC has claimed never to have received the defence.
Whenever you email anything, send it to yourself as well. If the court receives it and so do you, then on the balance of probabilities the claimant will also have received it.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister.
