Barclays nonsense after switch away

We switched from Barclays to existing Club Lloyds a/cs for the bonuses (2nd bite of the cherry as previously got bonuses in 2019).
Just received emails from Barclays saying "We've uploaded an important document for you to view online. Please take some time to read it as soon as possible, as it may need a response".
However, Barclays have blocked access to our a/cs with the message "Sorry, we can't log you in to Online Banking because your accounts have been transferred"!

Only thing to do is contact them and ask them to post the documents to you if they are that important. And they probably aren't.
Most likely a task was set with IT to load documents to certain accounts and there was a delay during which you transferred. No different than unsubscribing from some website only to receive notices from it for a week or two. We like to think things are instantaneous with computers but they aren't.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on Debt Free Wannabe, Old Style Money Saving and Pensions boards. I get this at TSB, too. As I am certain that I don't owe them anything, I just ignore the emails.0
