Box 27 on IHT400 - "Are you including on this form all assets specifically referred to in the will?"

I'm struggling to work out whether to answer this question yes or no, and the UHT400 Guidance Notes don't help...
If you answer "No" to this question you are directed to enter details of "Items referred to in the will and not included on this form" - in a table (Box 28) which seems to cater for "Items given away as gifts, sold or disposed of before the deceased’s death".
My late mother's will only makes reference to these items:
- Premium Bonds, which are to pass to her grandson
- Her house, which pass to her children
- All other possessions/property, which pass to her children.
Given the above, should I answer this question Yes or No? If no, what exactly should I enter in the table in Box 28? The Premium Bonds don't seem relevant, as they were not given away before the deceased’s death.
Any ideas??

Have you included the value of the premium bonds and house elsewhere in the form? I assume you should have, so answer 'yes'
But a banker, engaged at enormous expense,Had the whole of their cash in his care.
