How much longer to wait?
I started the process to switch from British Gas to Avro the day before Avro ceased trading. Behind the scenes, Avro carried on taking monies from my account which I am still waiting for. I was transferred to Octopus Energy and I have contacted them via email on numerous occasions, with the same reply / response each time saying "the process is taking longer than expected". Are there still a lot of people in the same situation?
