How to fix this type of tap

Hi Alldoes anyone know if it is possible to remove the tap casing on this type of tap (photos attached) to get at the valve/ bud and replace the valve for a leaking tap instead of replacing the whole unit?
the tap has a tiny hole on the side of it but it looks too small to fit an Alan key into it?
many Thanks
Jonathan
