was deliverd faulty garden fuinture 1800 pounds was replased but they have not taken back the faulty one is this now ares as we could mend it are selfs then sale it

No it does not become your property unless the supplier confirms that they do not want it. Only then will you be able to sell it on. You need to contact the supplier and in the first instance ask the to collect it by a specific date, giving a reasonable amount of time for them to do so.When was the replacement delivered?0

You're an involuntary bailee I believe - as mentioned, contact them and discuss. Get it in writing too I'd suggest.
