Hi. Trying to find out what these are (plastic rivets?)

So basically this is a car dashboard, the dashboard is made up of a top section and a bottom section, and they are Joined together by these things, I want to switch the bottom section for a red one so to do that I need to take these off, switch over the bottom half, and then re apply them, or if they are singe use, apply some new ones. 

Thing is I have no idea what they are, how they are supposed to be removed or were I can buy them from. They look like some sort of plastic rivet?!? 

I’d really appreciate any advice or if someone can point me to a YouTube video or something. Many thanks.

They are plastic rivets of a sort which are closed by heat sealing, to remove them you just drill / cut off the bit you can see.  The problem is that they are often actually part of the other moulding rather than separate rivets.  Can you see the other side ?  If they are separate you may be able to replace them with either aluminium pop rivets, nuts and bolts or screws. If they are part of the other moulding then the only way may be screwing from the side you can see or glue.
