We don't entirely know but one way or another you'll get an extra £400 credited to your account. How easy it may be for people like you with lower bills to reduce their direct debit payments or get a credit transferred to their bank account is currently unclear but worst case you'd have extra credit to cover you when your cost will increase at the end of your fix.
(I'm assuming here that your £63 is covering your usage. If you have a debt on your account then the £400 will help with this and mean your DD amounts don't need to be increased as they otherwise would be.)0
