3 year medical driving license
I received my renewal forms in November 21 & returned by post (couldn't complete online as more than 1 medical condition). I've heard nothing. Tried ringing, emailing, webchat (no one available) several times & have since written to them, but no reply. Any suggestions where I go from here?

A relative has just started to go through this procedure (due to diabetes) but has just sent everything off.
She e-mailed to ask some specific questions and was called back the next day by the DVLA. Not sure which e-mail address she used, but I will see her this afternoon on my way home so can find out. They quoted 4-6 weeks for the license to come back.💙💛 💔1 -
