New fix or not with EON
I am reaching the end of my 1 year fix with EON in July.
I currently pay by DD and have nearly 3 months worth of payments in credit. So I have used less than predicted at the start of the contract.
Payments they are quoting on the variable rate are about 80% higher than my current payments, and they are offering a new 1 year fix which is more than double my current payment, and about 30% higher than the capped rate. Both these payments seem to be calculated on the same (over)estimate of usage from the last year.
Should I get them to re-calculate the offers based on my actual usage in the last 12 months? Should I stick with the variable rate or take the fix? Its complicated in that I may move in the next year - but there is at least no exit fee on the new fix.

All advice appreciated.
