My daughter received a parking ticket for overstaying in macdonalds car park whilst in their restaurant from 13.12.19. It was pitch black and signs not visible. We started getting letters beginning of ghe year. The letters have the wrong name on. First names is similar to my daughters and half of double barrelled surname wrong. We have now recieved a letter from County Court business centre again in wrong name. What do we do ? How can my daughter get a CCJ if the name is wrong

She hasn't got a CCJ if this is only a Claim Form. Is it? If it is a Claim Form, what is the date of issue, top right?
