Air France voucher refund help please

Hello Forum
Some help please as Air France ignore my emails I sent them asking for an update or settlement.
I submitted a request for a refund back in 2nd February but they still haven't refunded. Not even a reply.
I've called them many times and just get told to email them, which I do but nothing back. Zero.
Any advise please? Ombudsman?
Kind regards

Have you looked at your purchased ticket conditions regarding a refund? Many tickets sold, particularly the cheaper ones are non-refundable. The extracted comment from AF that you provided does mention this (“if your ticket conditions allow it”). Could you only be due a travel voucher and talk of a refund has confused them.
Have you checked your AF account to see if a travel voucher is sitting there. They may have emailed something at the time but perhaps it hit your junk folder.
There is no travel ombudsman in the UK. Not sure about France but when we were in the EU there also wasn’t one to the best of my knowledge. Perhaps look on AF site / T&C to see what complaint escalation process is.
I would just double check about the travel voucher first.1
