    You didn't try the landowner's managing agent, as shown on the entrance sign to the retail park?  Or probably found on Google in one minute if you know the name of the retail park.

    They can cancel it. Why would anyone pay this rather than trying PLAN A (not just asking in shops)?

    Those signs do not comply with the BPA COP section 19 specifically 19.4 and 19.7:


    They want to quote T&C's to you why should they get away with blatant twisting of their ATA's COP which They sign up to.
    The £100 charge should be one of the most prominently displayed points (see Umko's example) I wonder why it is so inconspicuous!

    Paras 27 are for Scotland and N.I.  -  I think you mean para 19
