Calculating what the price cap means for my consumption

Is there an easy way to work out what the price cap could mean for my own consumption? The price cap is based on an average consumer - but we're very different to the average house. Tight with gas and electric, but have a large house and an EV - which throws any meaningful comparison to the price cap out the window.
Is there a known way to compare my consumption to the 'average' then back-calculate and give an estimated personal forecast for my annual costs against the predicted October cap? Or get a realistic range for standing charge & kwh gas/elec rates under the new cap in Oct?
I know it's probably all hypothetical, but it would help with adjusting our budget, because we're on a pre hittin' the fan fixed contract at the moment, so October will be a huge shock.... And I would like to work out how H-U-G-E is huge!

The Ofgem "average" is based on 3100kWh of electricity & 12,000kWh of gas (with Ofgem suggesting that will be ~£2800 on the October cap).
Are you on a special EV tariff? Is your supplier offering you a new fix?1 -
If you do know your annual usage, try working out what that would be with the rates of one of the fixes now being offered. That would at least give you some idea.Barnsley, South Yorkshire
Solar PV 5.25kWp SW facing (14 x 375) installed Mar 22
Lux 3.6kw hybrid inverter and 9.6kw Pylontech batteries
Daikin 8kW ASHP installed Jan 25

Hi,units used x unit price +5% vat if not already included.eg: 100 units x 0.20p = £20 + 5% vat £4 = £24.0

This is what I was looking for - thanksAlnat1 said:If you do know your annual usage, try working out what that would be with the rates of one of the fixes now being offered. That would at least give you some idea.
And no and no sadly.. I'm deciding whether to fix between now and October, take my chances in the wild-west, or put faith (well, money) into insulation . We can't get a special EV tariff because of where we live (https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/6207824/2nd-gen-smart-meters-in-ryedale-north-yorks/p1). We can reduce the driving and other electricity costs - but our gas usage is already bare minimum for comfort - thermostat @ 18C and only on a few hrs in the morning and evening during winter months. And it's still phenomenally high.BUFF said:Are you on a special EV tariff? Is your supplier offering you a new fix?
Elec: 6000kwh pa
Gas 21000kwh pa
Looking at the current fixes, we're going to need to find >£400 a month to stop the pipes freezing and get to work and back
