I live in a retirement park. LPG gas is paid by DIRECT DEBIT by me
Electricity is brought by site owner from British Gas and re charged on invoice to each resident.
what part of the £400 allowance/ credit will I get and from whom?

I don't think you'll get anything. It sounds like there's only one main electricity supply and this will be on business rates.

Latest I have seen here was that the government was still investigating this on the 1st of April

    8. If I live in a park home, will I get the £200? Or if I pay for energy in my rent, how do I make sure my landlord passes on the reduction?

We recognise that there are certain situations where a third party will be responsible for the bill (and be named on it). In these situations, any charges are then passed onto the end user, typically through all-inclusive rent (landlord or tenant) or ‘pitch’ charges (for example park homes).

We will explore this issue as we continue to develop the policy and we will be gathering more evidence as part of our consultation.

I have not found any newer information, but the £200 and £400 are basically for the same target group

We live on a narrow boat and pay our electric bill to the landlord of the Marina. We buy bottle gas for cooking which has gone up. We buy coal from a merchant and this has gone up. Where do we stand for the £400 grant?

Unless you have an electricity bill in your name from a supplier then you won't get it.

What you may want to do is lobby your local MP
