So are they going to accept your offer then?jaelato1 said:If saying they didn't get receive our offers meant they lay their cards on the table then I guess so and thank the goodness all vendors aren't the same!1 -
I’m suggesting their comment is a non response i.e. not wanting to engage with your friend aka stalker.jaelato1 said:If saying they didn't get receive our offers meant they lay their cards on the table then I guess so and thank the goodness all vendors aren't the same!0 -
Me also and I would put me off dealing with the OP. The agent is there to handle negotiations, and a bidder who tries to circumvent this, and open direct comes via a friend would have me running for the hills. It suggests a lack of boundaries.powerful_Rogue said:Plus as a vendor I would find that a pretty creepy.1 -
Vendor accepted our offer!
I guess he didn't find us creepy lol1 -
I don't really understand why anyone would do that. How many offers are you expecting? For the sake of taking a couple of phone calls and saying "no, too low", I'd just much prefer to be kept up to date with what is going on.eidand said:EAs don't have to do anything, if the vendor instructed them to not put forward anything below a certain number. I can't speak for all vendors but when I was selling we did the same, don't send me anything below that.0 -

I don't know you and your opinion of me means nothing to me lol, how about next time don't reply on my thread.
