Halifax reward tracker problem
ConsistentlyLost
Hi Folks
I've held the Halifax Reward account since November and have paid the required £1500 into the account ever since with the tracker updating every couple of days or so.
This month however, the tracker has been stuck on the 18th and states that I haven't yet paid the full £1500 (as of the 19th I have) for the month. Any advice? Thank you!

I wouldn't worry about it. The tracker has a mind of it's own as to when it updates. If you've met the conditions you'll get your fiver.ConsistentlyLost said:This month however, the tracker has been stuck on the 18th and states that I haven't yet paid the full £1500 (as of the 19th I have) for the month. I agree about the tracker but not that you can 100% trust the system. Last month I fulfilled the conditions and got nothing. Had to call them to have it applied manually.changearound1 said:

I was expecting to have to do that so I may have to if ever they charge me the £3 fee. Is there a specific number you had to call when this issue came up? Thanks
