We've exchanged and completed on the same day twice...stressful but possible!0

We've done big cross country moves with exchange and completion the same day.. to the point we drop the keys at our EA and then drove 250miles down the country to hope that in the mean time it completes as we're homeless otherwise 😅
One time we did it and had to meet an EA in a services car park for the keys!
Don't recommend it but we've done it more than once 😅Life is too short not to love what you do.0 -
Our solicitor charges an additional fee (£250 exc. VAT) for exchange and completion on the same day.
If they said they can do it then I don’t see why you should be too worried about it.0
