Notice cancelled?

We recently hired a car and after a month the car hire company sent us an admin fee and advised us we had been issued a fine by the lincs police. We went online to the TPU site and we had 5 fines all for doing like 34-35 MPH in 30 zone.
On the left-hand side of the notice online you have 6 boxes that tick green when you go through the sections however the last box was auto ticked green and it says "

Notice Cancelled on 06/05/2022 at 12:15:29" This is on 3 of the notices of intended prosecution but the other 2 don't have that box ticked its open.
Does this mean the speeding ticket has been cancelled or because it was more than 28 days that we haven't replied as the ticket went via the car hire company and then to our address abroad that it has been sent to the courts?
