You could move to the Octopus gas tracker V3 tariff which has an 11p cap on it and fix the electricity for 12 months...Just a suggestion...In fact depending upon which region you are in even the current fixed gas tariffs at Octopus are not above 11p...The 2 year thing is just not going to be possible to get at the same time as an EV tariff.0
