If I revise a listing (to add a photo) will I lose the 80% reduction in Fees offer on that listing?

It should mean the FVF offer ends and on occasions sellers have reported they didn’t then go onto get the FVF reduction, however it seems inconsistent as many sellers report they do still get the offer. I revise listings all the time - the FVF offer remains intact. The offer only ends if you end the actual listing and reslist it outside of the offer period.1
