seller wont answer

ive never had trouble with things i bought in the past but the last thing i bought arrived (after 2 weeks) and the cover off where the the batteries go was missing.i emailed the seller a couple of times asking for them to forward it but have had no reply.
if you look carefully in the picture there doesnt seem to be a cover on it but this was not mentioned in the description.
they only have a feedback of 3 so im feeling i may have been done.

any ideas?

If you paid via paypal open a dispute as the item is not as described.

Well you could do a few things I guess.

1, Tell the seller ur happy to a partial refund and see if they agree.

2, Tell the seller you want to return the item for a full refund minus ur return postage cost.

3, Ask the seller through the dispute if they have the missing part and if can they forward it on.

same thing happened to me last year. mp3 player with no battery cover which was not mentioned in description and i got my money back through paypal after opening a dispute.

yes. though only got about 80% of my money back because that was all that was left in his paypal account
