Onestream - My Bad Experiences

- years of stable service with my previous broadband provider
- moved across to Onestream, immediately a slow service (sub advertised rates)
- few weeks later service became unstable, impossible to use
- found it very difficult to get through to them. Chat service does not work. Long waits on phones. Sent emails. Sent letters by signed for post
- little response
- Openreach engineers found no faults on line
- after several weeks the slow service restored
- then billed for optional services that I had declined at sign up
- further outages
- now returning to my old provider
- yes, higher price
- bullying tactics by Onestream: Termination charges. Complete cut off of broadband service

Service cutoff more than 2 weeks ahead of transfer to other provider despite being fully paid up, no compensation offered or received for outages0

Did you - or anyone ever get a contact email for them? Its infuriating - the chat dont work, the emails are now all closing down, no online form like they say, or email saying not monitored e.g. Hello or Executive emails, and the phone was an hour to get through, I cancelled all my products but I have zero confidence in that call tbh, I should have got a reference number.
I was suspicious after I got the deal last night and then they tagged a load of gumpf onto it. Avoid!0
