Hi, can't find any help on Nat West so not sure what to do. I booked a parcel with Evri this morning but payment button didn't do anything, clicked it again and nothing. Afraid to click it a third time as items still showed in basket and no order was being generated I checked my Nat West account and 2 pending transactions are showing. Can anyone tell me how to deal with this, I can't find anything on Nat West on how to cancel the transactions and bot is useless, and Evri have zero customer service and their help bot even more useless than Nat Wests! Parcels still sitting in basket on Evri so order definitely not gone through and still need to get them booked. Any advice welcome, will the pending just fail or do I have to cancel them?

Payments are a two step process... authorisation and collection. If their site didn't work properly its likely they will never go for collection and so the authorisation automatically gets released in 7-10 days0

Ok, does seem rather a long winded process, so I'll have to wait and hope they are cancelled. (I just tried booking the parcels using paypal with payment from my bank account and that failed so something is amiss).0

They can sit there for upto 14 days.
If they do debit the account then you need to contact Nat West to sort out.Life in the slow lane0 -

Realistically if collection is made within a couple of days it generally wont be made unless an item is on backorder or such in which case some merchants only take payment once the item is ready for dispatch.0
