Item out of stock on website. Phoned Bluewater and immediately she got on the case to track down what I wanted at another store. She called me back, ready to send my items free of charge.......fantastic friendly and helpful service.

I had a similar experience last year. Went into the store in Manchester to buy a coffee machine. The model was out of stock, but due for delivery to the store the next day. Not a problem, they offered to deliver it to my house by courier free of charge. Two days later, it arrived. Couldn't ask for better service.
