does anyone know how i might search for property sold values for 2 bedroom flats sold in my postcode in the last 12 months?
I know Zoopla and The Land Registry provides something close to this, allowing property searches on a postcode filtered by ‘property type’ and ‘last sold within..’ but i was hoping to go a step further by filtering for bedroom count.

There's certainly no official, and probably no reliable, database of properties by number of bedrooms.0
