ESTA Application

Just applied for 2 ESTA's on the correct site but when I went to pay there was nowhere to put in the cc numbers and it is saying its not been paid for and I must pay within 7 days but there isn't any way for me to pay?
Any ideas what I can do?

Mine is stuck between Apply and Check ESTA Status but no way to pay.

THE PAYMENT STATUS COULD NOT BE DETERMINED AT THIS TIME. PLEASE CHECK BACK LATER FOR THE PAYMENT STATUS.

The progress bar is under that line unless you are saying you are stuck on the travel information page?

Review Application page is annoying as you have to go through each section again and click the confirm button and then re-enter the passport details and only then does it take you to the payment page.

I did those pages then when I clicked on the icon to pay it didn't give me the opportunity to pay, it may be a glitch and i will look again tomorrow, just hope I don't have to do them both again.....
