No blame divorce costs

Hi, looking at doing a no blame divorce. I believe it’s £593 to start the application but if after the 20 week period you do decide not to get divorced is that money gone? Thanks.

Yes, the money would be gone. If you got to 20 weeks and didn't want to finalise the divorce you can just leave it on the court file and go back to your life together, but even if you formally discontinued it you won't get a refund.

Yep as a general rule any court fees paid to apply for things are not refundable.
